Just got a quote from local dealer. please let me know what you all think. JD 4200, FWD, 9/3 TRANS, R1 $12,600420 loader $2,490Land Pride FDR1572 rear finish $1,690Land Pride RB1572 rear blade $450Dealer told me this would be available in 4-5 wks, but from what I've been reading on thisboard I'm not sure this is true. Also considering NH TC25. Local dealer qoute w/ loader$14,300. Like the JD for the live PTO and weight but either one would suit my needs

I ordered my 4300 on 3/22/99 and do not have it yet.My dealer said it Will june 1 .I was told when I ordered it it would be 45 days. The price on the 4200 you have seems to be in the ballpark. ....

I ordered my 4200 4wd hydro with 420 loader 61" bucket, Folding ROPS and R4 tires for 16275. 14000 for tractor and 2275 for the loader. Order date was 4/27/99 and dont know when I'll receive the tractor. I also test drove the NewHolland TC25D, was a fine tractor except you cant use the turning breaks. Good luck in your desision. Mine just happened to be green. ....
